After all the beer, bacon, and burgers you gotta work out. Well you should… People waste so much time with working out. You spend so much time getting dressed, looking for parking, finding a machine to want to try, getting the right song or playlist. Then start working out and your phone rings and you decide to take a selfie, but you need the right filter to post to Instagram, you look over your shoulder and there some meathead stalking you for the machine so you hop off. In that quickly 2 hours have passed and everyone things you falsely worked out. Crome is not about the s. If you’re motivated them will put you to work. All you have to do is make an appointment and show up 5 – 10 minutes before designated class time. The instructors will push you. You’ll only there 30 minutes and they make sure that every second you are putting in work. Class sizes remain pretty small. Every member is give a pod. That pod is like a pitchers mound — no one is allowed in your pod. That’s your space, and in under 30 minutes your sweat will be on that pod. Class starts with instructor going over the program for the day. Different workouts meant to work specific muscle groups. Each day you come to workout there is a different workout. If you’re like The Hulk and workout 31 days in a month — every day would a new work out. And everyday you would be sweating just as hard as a person that started their new years resolution and was working out for the first time in years. Every workout has at level 3 intensity levels. Work toward your level. Then there is my favorite work — modifications! There’s a modification so everything so there’s never a reason to stop moving. And if you thought you were gonna stop moving, expect in instructor in your face checking on you. Don’t think of it as scary bootcamp — it’s more like personal motivator. Someone that is watching and holding you accountable to what you put out for 30 minutes. You’ll e amazed at what you can do in such a short amount of time. You finish walking through the workout, strength, time starts, and in 30 minutes your body hurts in a good way. You workout a minimum of 3 times a week and you will see positive changes. On top of all that, there’s an assistant that logs your progress. So while you sooth your sore muscles that you never knew you had, you can log in online and view your progress. This place is great!

The trainers here are awesome. They truly care about their clients and ensure everyone is doing the exercises correctly to ensure no injury. They care about your well-being and check on you even when you’re not there. The exercises are tough, be prepared for a full body workout. If you’re looking for group personal training this is the place to go.

Crome is an intense workout facility. They offer workouts M-F starting at 4:45AM with the last workout at 7:25PM. Weekends have a modified schedule but there are still plenty of options. Each workout is 30 minutes plus a brief warmup and cool down. You perform a series of timed exercises that are INTENSE. If you think you are getting a good workout just tooling around the circuit at your gym try a free class here for a change. I started coming here a few months ago and had been working out pretty regularly. After the first couple of weeks I still could hardly straighten my arms out after workouts I was so sore. I consider that a good thing. All the exercises can be modified to different fitness levels but they do push you to excel. I usually workout with Lina and she is very encouraging. She checks in with me outside of my workouts at the gym as well. I’ve also worked out with Sergei who was also helpful, and funny, I appreciated his sarcastic sense of humor. The only negative is that there are no shower facilities here so you have to plan around that. There are plenty of available class times so that has never been an issue for me.
