Today was my first visit to this brand new barbershop. I was extremely pleased with the way I was greeted. The barber who greeted me, «D» asked if I was looking for a particular barber to service my hair. I told him I was a first timer and he had me sign a sign in sheet. I liked that. To me it conveyed a level of professionalism I hadn’t encountered in other barbershops. That’s not to say there other barbershops I’ve been in were crappy. These guys were just a little more creative regarding customer service. I noticed when I say in the barber chair that«D» my barber was wearing latex gloves, which was yet another professionalism notch I liked seeing. To me it said, he cared about customer safety and his health too. Let’s keep it real right? The best part of the experience was that he airbrushed some hair paint(I thought he was spraying alcohol as a preventive measure for razor bumps like I’ve seen in all the other barber shops I’ve been too) in my hair that my wife absolutely LOOOOOOOVED! D gave me the mirror to look at the finished product and I was taken aback and said to myself«How come Denzel Washington is looking back at me?!» I really really, liked that aspect of the hair cut. I felt like a combination rock and movie star when I left that barbershop. I hope they keep up the FANTASTIC work for years to come and keep coming up with great ideas to enhance their customer service.
