From start to finish, the experience was great. Maayan, my move coordinator was so helpful in getting me setup with a move appointment in such a short amount of time(I called her back Friday morning for an appointment on early Tuesday morning). Of the places I’ve researched, they ended up being the most noteworthy, the most reasonably priced and the one most willing to move my items in the middle of July to my new 3rd floor apartment, with no elevator. Brandon and Chris gave me a courtesy call before they came to let me know they were on the way, which is always nice. I was taken aback when they pulled up in a Penske truck as I thought they had their own truck fleet, but whatever, as long as the job gets done. They were very pleasant as I walked them through the house showing them everything I needed to move and they got right on it, wrapping the heavy, cloth, and fragile items in blankets. Brandon made small talk with me as he was working and that put me at ease. I told him that I only wanted the clothes in my closet to be packed up but when I went to check it, they both packed everything in there up! I wasn’t upset as it didn’t cost me extra and that only meant less for me to transport(I still had more stuff to move but I decided to do that myself.). They followed me over to my apartment, got everything up the steps, and reassembled anything that was taken apart. They were very careful about going around corners and didn’t hit any baseboards or walls. No rushing through the job at all. They took one break halfway through as like I said, it was the middle of July and it was HOT. The final price with the packing materials was waaaay less than I thought it would be and I was very happy about that. I thanked them, gave them a nice tip and they were on their way, Central Florida I believe Brandon told me. Wow. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Took under 3 hours.
