Double “R” Florist And Gifts

They’ve helped my son, now 18, with flowers for prom for two years now. They listen to HIS wants first; then make suggestions.

While he was buying I window shopped. They have have a variety of fresh and silk flowers and more. Fun!

Ugh. I’m still irritated with our experience.
This has nothing to do with the flowers, but everything to do with delivery person.
I had surgery in mid January and I also have a child with a disability. I was 2 days out of surgery resting with my sleeping child next to me. I had a «do not disturb» sign on the front door. I turned my house phone ringer off but apparently forgot to do the same to my cell phone that I left in the bathroom 5 feet away.
And it began… the woman was banging on my door along with blowing my cell phone up. My dog was going crazy! My child woke up, I could hardly move I was so sore.
30 minutes this woman banged on my door and blew up my cell phone.
Why in the world would you expect someone who just had surgery to answer the door? Just leave it on the front porch.
My husband was gone for 45 minutes. He helped me get my child to sleep and get me in the bed. This is how I know it was 30 minutes.
I’m just dumbfounded still.

Very nice people, easy to work with and so helpful. I live out of state and I chose them on a recommendation from a family member. She helped me figure out what would be best for the situation and the end product was perfect! My brother, who was in the hospital said the lady who delivered them was so nice and cheerful and he really appreciated that.
