Nice place, well maintained. Staff is very helpful with any concerns. I think it’s a good value for the area. Close to downtown. But a good hike to the beach. About 20 minutes. Not a frilly place, but worth the stop if you want a clean room. Right off the highway if your passing through.

The place gets a bad rap but I have stayed here numerous times and always have a good nights rest in a clean affordable room. Plain and simple!

My travel partners and I are NOT picky. We were just looking for a bed to spend the night in and the 75 $ rate was appealing. But this econo lodge was unacceptable and I will never stay at one again.
We got a non smoking room that smelled like smoke and even had an ash tray?! The general vibe of the property was hookers and drug dealers we felt very unsafe and the deadbolt on our door didn’t work.
Only giving it one star because 0 isn’t an option.

Disgusting! Asked for a new room the guy at the front desk said nothing he can do until his manger gets her in the morning. Someone clearly just smoke pot in here. He says this room hasn’t been rented out in 3 days. Pot smoke doesn’t linger for 3 days. He even came to the room and admitted it smelled like weed but still nothing! Another choice hotel! I wouldn’t even care about the pot smell if I didn’t have small children w me. Only giving this one star cause zero isn’t an option
