I have an update here… Since I posted this message on Unilocal we have come to a resolution. I worked with Nick at Full Source who gave us a 10% discount on the 6 jackets that came in the wrong size. We ordered a few more jacket in the right sizes and Nick gave us the embroidery on those for free, and they refunded the shipping on both orders. Thanks Nick! I am not impressed, in fact I am really pissed! I placed a order online for 13 jacket to be embroidered for our company employees in various sizes. It took several weeks to get the embroidery approved, and when the jackets showed up they were all size large. When I called to inquire I was told the mistake was on me, and the order had been placed all large and there was nothing that could be done. We are discussing the idea of sending all of the jackets back and cancelling the credit card. Got to be a better way to do business!

I am a small business owner and therefore I understand that writing a bad review should only be done when if the experience truly was bad and not because you want to piss someone off. Unilocal has made a difference in service(for the better). It also can hurt business when issues aren’t really their fault. I state all this because the review to follow is not going to be nice, but it is correct. As stated I own a small business and every investment is a big deal. I wanted to get new shirts. My manager(my wife) calls Full Source and checks on availability of the item we wanted. She checks pricing, stock, printing cost, and delivery time*(which is an extra charge) to be sure this is the company we want to go with. Everything looked good and she places the order. About a week later I notice my card hasn’t yet been charged. I ask her about the order. She tells me she sent it off but hasn’t got a confirmation yet. She then contacts the company again, and the person taking her order gives her some excuse about being at training(or something) last week. There was no auto-reply stating he was out of town or un-available; and beside it’s EMAIL, all he would have to do is forward to someone in the office or submit it electronically. Anyway it is finally done. We think the order is coming then my wife gets an email stating they don’t have the all the sizes(which we checked before ordering). I tell my wife to ask them/tell them to order the shirts from someone else and make sure we get them on time. When you screw up in business you have to eat the cost sometimes. I’ve made mistakes and I ate the cost of those mistakes. This company refused to do anything to fix or help the situation. But wait the story isn’t done yet. After my wife phones them back she is told ACTUALLY they do all but 1 piece in stock. We say fine go ahead and get the order done. We are then contacted again by the company to say ACTUCLLY no; someone messed up they don’t have any stock in XS women’s. They only had the shirts in men’s XS. There is so much more but this is already too long. In the end the order has been cancelled and a bad review posted. *We had order sample shirts and they took more than 3 weeks to ship us two plain shirt/no printing)
