I cannot say enough good things about Gator Carpet and Tile. They have quality products and provide superior service. I was very fortunate to have Robert and Lisa do my installation. They are EXCELLENT and are very quality conscious and believe in doing things right the first time!!!
In addition, they are very customer friendly! I would definitely do business again with Gator Carpet and Tile.

I’m a Property manager in Jacksonville. We recently changed flooring venders, and after comparing several venders we chose Gator Carpet. Gator carpet is a very professional company! They show up on time, perform outstanding work, price fairly, and great interaction with staff and tenants. There were no surprises, they told us what to expect to pay and that was exactly what we paid. Not all flooring venders do hat. We found Redi Carpet to quote one price and later bill us several hundred dollars more.

Great place to buy carpet — very affordable and fast turnaround for install. Good example of pricing. Our dog recently destroyed carpet in my son’s bedroom. Spoke to Curtis and am having the carpet replaced for less than the price repairing the damage. Been using them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I live in AZ. We have a home we were getting ready to list in St. Augustine that needed new carpet in two bedrooms. Gator carpet was great– I called with the measurements and texted a photo of the carpet. They did a close (not exact) match of the carpet I needed. It was installed within a week. I just bought a house and our sellers did a great job of hiding the fact that they had an indoor cat till our walk thru the day of closing we noticed the very strong scent of cat urin that wasn’t noticeable before. we realized quickly that the carpet had to go, and fast! we went into gator carpet on friday moring, my mother in law found an ad on craigslist, the owner was upfront and real with us and didn’t try to sell us what we didn’t need, we explained our very tight budget, he walked us thru what we needed to do to prep our floors and clean up the urine our selves to save money, he worked us a great deal and had his guy there the next business morning (Monday) the installer that came was VERY nice and did an amazing job, (the poor guy had to deal with my VERY chatty mother in law becasue i was at work) he only replaced the tack strip that NEEDED to be replaced and did a wonderful job, even carpeted an extra closet with left over carpet that wasnt in the original work order. my carpet looks amazing, even for bargin carpet, we plan to tile the entire house in the next 2 years and we will 100% be coming back to gator, and have already recomended to several friends. I am normally the customer that leave bad reviews, but this guy didnt treat me like a stupid woman with no clue (which even in 2014 happens so often), he was real upfront and honest with me. So he gets my first ever good review lol
