The staff is always helpful (by phone or in store); however there’s no consistency (I never see the same employee… high turnover? Shrug). They are doing a much better job of stocking natural/​organic/​vegan products. The gold card is a membership program w/​pretty good discounts. All the price tags have the regular and membership prices listed. The store is clean and there’s been improvement in the organization/​product sections. Frequently I’m the only person in the store… not sure if they are in the best location; however, they are right next door to tropical smoothie (makes sense).
