Grifaldo Properties

Would not recommend anyone to go through Grifaldo. Last winter our heat went out, it took them 4 days to even figure out what the issue was, then when they figured it was the heat strips it took them 2 weeks to get the strips, which they never put in. They just suggested we buy some heaters. Luckily our pipes only froze for a couple of days and winter was nearly over. Now it is early August and the heat goes out and the guy that is suppose to fix it doesn’t show up. We are very good tenants and always pay our rent on time, what a mistake.

Renters beware this is the worst experience of our lives. We moved from out of state a VA disability vet and special needs child among the family. The house was nasty and the yard was a foot tall. We complained and Christy after several days got someone to cut the grass she also sent so called cleaners in. The stayed 30 minutes sweeping up dead bugs and wiping down the counter. We told Christy they did nothing we took pictures and video as proof (the toilets were even nasty) to what we received and informed her we were unsatisfied she did nothing. When winter time came and we had snow the heat stopped working it took her 4 days to send someone out she told us to buy heaters if we wanted heat. She is cold and evil. We were good tenant’s and always paid the rent on time. We cleaned the house upon move out better than we received it and again provided the video and pictures from the house when we got it. She came for the inspection and informed us it was not good enough we spent 4 additional hours cleaning windows that house never looked so good. She again said it was not good enough I read a article on
about her and not wanting to return sercurity deposits she as totally tried to scam us out of ours. I would not recommend her to even someone I don’t like.
