It’s been a few years since I was last here (we were transferred to Michigan for a stint) but everything is still the same… it’s easy to get an appointment, you get in to your appointment on time (or very close to on time), and the staff is wonderful. What has changed is the way they do x-​rays (just a small camera with the x-​rays showing up immediately in front of you on the monitor) but that’s just cool. I also took my 3yo son in for his first appointment and they were great with him – he wasn’t a perfect patient, of course, but they were patient with him and actually managed to clean all his teeth (x-​rays were another story – he just couldn’t grasp the concept of biting on the plastic thing… but they didn’t care and said at this age, it was good enough that he just had the starter experience of x-​rays). They also hand out stickers and the kids get to pick a trinket from a toy bucket at the front desk!
The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is I thought/​assumed they would check my insurance coverage BEFORE his appointment to make sure everything was covered. (Yes, I could have done that as well, but dentists I’ve had in the past have done it for me so I honestly didn’t even think about it.) Turns out, he wasn’t on our policy, so we’re on the hook for the $ 150. Live and learn on my part, I guess. But overall we’re still very pleased with them and would highly recommend them.
