KFC is the place to go to if you are looking for good chicken!!! Their original buckets are amazing along with their chicken little sandwiches and their savory sides.

This review is almost a year late, but I really want to give a shout-​out to the KFC employees in Jacksonville. My husband and I were driving from Kansas City to Chicago, had left KC around 4:30, and were exhausted and hungry when we finally stopped at KFC right around 9:00. When we walked in and realized they were closing, we started to walk back out, but the employees stopped us and said they’d be willing to serve us. Not only did they make our food fresh and with a smile, they allowed us to sit in the restaurant and eat while they cleaned in preparation for closing.
I know what a pain is it for people in customer service when people come in at closing, but these employees handled the inconvenience with grace and good cheer. It really made an impression on me – I still remember it, obviously, and I believe this was August 2014 – and I just want to say thank you for taking care of us when we really needed a pick-​me-​up.

My sandwich wasn’t great but they had a buffet there, which I’ve never seen in a KFC before. I should’ve got that… I just wasn’t hungry enough. I’d put most KFCs at two stars… this is slightly a cut above.
