I’m in the middle on this store. Plenty of merchandise, everything well laid out. Staff was nice, one salesgirl in particular was extremely helpful, I only wish I had her name, because she deserves a HUGE shout out for dealing with me on a very busy day. My only complaint was I came in for a bra fitting, and the first person I talked to said I should come in every 3 – 6 months for one (who has that time, or the money, considering LB is not that inexpensive?). Ok, fine. Then she told me the size I was was 4 sizes smaller than I normally was. Now I just dropped 25 pounds recently, so this sounded legit. Too bad every single bra in that size was nowhere near reality. I felt like such an idiot after trying on so many bras that just did not fit, and wouldn’t have under most circumstances. She was the only reason I’m not giving a full 5-​stars. Other than that, I will most certainly return to this store. Just not ask her for advice, lol.

I’ve never had an issue with staff here when I’ve gone. A lot of times I pop in after I have had something ordered online and brought in for pick up. On other occasions when I’ve stopped in, staff seems friendly and for the most part know some of the regulars by name.

Horrible staff. Every time I go in there, it’s always the same story. Plenty of staff but they’re all behind the counter just fussing with each other, complaining about corporate or other customers. If you want a dressing room or help, you have to interrupt their conversation which seems to annoy them. Every time I go in I regret it.
