Helpful staff has made every trip there worthwhile. I have looked for flooring everywhere, but won’t bother going anywhere else, since there’s always a good deal and beautiful flooring here. Keith and his crew make it happen. (Thank you Christy, Roy, Doug!) We have purchased from them twice and are happy customers with gorgeous floors.

I have been going there for several years and have purchased probably eight or nine rooms worth of flooring at different times from this location. The managers name is Keith and he is always extra nice and helpful in fact this last time the wood that I wanted they were a little bit short so he drove all the way to Arlington to pick it up for me and brought it back.
They have sales every week and the prices are pretty reasonable. I have heard some complaints online that the products they use are not the best quality but I have had nothing but a good experience from them with every single product that I purchased, I guess maybe you get what you pay for.
They have a good selection of products and both laminate and the bamboo and even some cork which is pretty interesting. The showroom a small everything is very condensed but it’s plenty and they have the tools you need to get the job done also.

Husband and I came in to purchase floors, first visit we didn’t get any help he just pointed in the direction of some of the laminate. We tried to ask a couple questions and he gave short quick answers like he was to busy to help us. I told my husband lets go he had his hands full with another couple.
A week goes by and my husband and I go back, I’m hoping the sale associate was just busy the day we went. This time we were the only ones looking around and this time we show him the actual floors we want that a friend of ours purchased last month and he just tells us we don’t have that brand anymore and points to the hand scraped they do have. The same quickness as last time, we left.
I googled other floor locations in the area and right across the street there is a Flooring America! Purchased floors for my entire house after walking in and talking to the owner!

Great service from Keith and Roy. They made our life so much easier through a series of unfortunate events for flooring for a house we were buying. I would definitely recommend using this store, specifically if you ask for Keith and Roy. These two are great. I love our floors, thanks to them. I would definitely do it all over again.

Great experience. .Prices are very reasonable. .I would definitely recommend this place over some of the larger Commercial Stores before making a large purchase.. HOWEVER do not follow GPS. This store is located on the street directly behind Lowes.
