Although the business card he gave me said«Manhans Home Repair Service» this is the exact same address. Levi was recommended to me by a realtor to do some updates to my bathroom. He came out and went over the wishlist of work and put together an estimate, but did not provide it in writing(my mistake!!!). I narrowed the work to attempt to get the best for my master bath and added something, which he added to the bill. Initially, everything seemed to be going right, but soon started going awry. I had to call them back due to cracking in the tile grout, which they tried to just cover up. I then thought everything turned out well, but then noticed later that one faucet handle was not tightened and laying against the tub, which will result in leaks. The last time he left my house, he stated he would send me an itemized statement shortly. I never received it. I then had trouble with insurance and needed the receipt to show them the update information. I called him while I was upset with the insurance company and asked that he please send me the receipt. I guess he was on vacation and didn’t want to do it, but I needed it to keep my insurance. I asked if he could just at least send a brief statement of the work and then the official one later. He became somewhat rude about the whole thing. I still do not have a receipt one year later. Makes me wonder whether he did something wrong or was supposed to have a permit for the actual work he did complete. Anyway, he also argued that he did not tell me he would do some things that he had originally included in the estimate. The grout, which was white, turned yellow within a week. I am stuck correcting his repair mistakes and with no receipt. So, I would not recommend hiring him to complete work for you as you do not know what you will get and you may never get a receipt! Of course, before he left he was trying to tell me all of these other things he could do to my house! I don’t think so!
