I am taking the time to write this review because the customer service that Hosè provided today from the moment I walked through the door until I left and then after I was gone also was suburb. As a sales consultant myself when I go somewhere to make a purchase I have high expectations for the salesman that works with me. I came to this store in Jacksonville simply because I passed it and I knew I needed to get this over with I had no idea what I wanted and hoped to find someone who could help me make the right choice. Hose did exactly what I hoped for and ultimately I felt good about the decision I made to purchase a very expressive mattress that I feel is going to work extremely well for me overall. I can’t express enough how appreciative I am for the customer service Hosè provided me. He is a cheerful, caring and fun individual to do business with and I will send anyone I know to him for their purchase.
