Love this store but i can never find an associate on the floor to help me find stuff !

I do a lot of crafts at home with my kids or just for around the house… it seems that every time I go into the store and ask for what I’m looking for, they never have it or the peg/​shelf is empty. Just the other day I had went in to ask for something and before I could even complete my sentence, I was rudely cut off by an associate with a ‘NO’. So I took it upon myself to find what I was looking for and found it.

I can see why Michael’s is a popular go to here in J-​ville.
Who doesn’t want to get their art and craft-​ing on during an idle day?
The organization at this store is better than other Michael’s that I have been to. The huge signs overhead make it super easy to get in and get out with what you might be looking for.
But. I have to dock a couple of stars for the lack of selection when it comes to several things, such as art supplies.
