I’ve been coming here off and in for a while for check ups, contacts, etc. i love Dr. Mutai he is super nice and very through. However, I recently have been very disappointed with how the business is run. I made and appointment to get contacts and even though I told them I didn’t want my eyes dilated (I had it done recently at a different place) they were very pushy. And then when I came in for my follow up appointment I had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor, and I had an appointment!
I just think that’s really unprofessional and there were several other patients/​customers who were having to wait.
If you’re coming here and you already have a prescription and you’re just picking out a pair of glasses, you should be fine.
But he actual eye doctors office is VERY SLOW. I will be going back to lens crafters in the future.

Bad customer service and took too long. The tech repeatedly tried to get me to get the screening and dilation after I had declined it.

Awesome visit! I took my daughter for an eye exam today with Dr. Mutai, he was professional, patient and friendly, my daughter loved him. I will definitely be scheduling my next eye exam with him. Susie was the best, she was knowledgable about what lenses would best work for my daughter’s very strong prescription, and was able to find her a frame she adores… no easy feat. Every employee we encountered on our visit was welcoming and kind, a very friendly store. I highly recommend them.
