Terrible service! I’ve been in 3 times in a month thinking the next visit will surely be better and am always let down. First 2 times I went in they seem incredibly understaffed and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The third time I purchased carry out and drove 20 minutes home and an item was unaccounted for. I called and they had no clue how to issue a refund and told me it would take a week and to call in the next day and speak to a GM. I did and she wouldn’t get on the phone, she just hollered through another employee I was speaking with and told me if I didn’t see a refund in a week to call back. So UNPROFESSIONAL!
