Bought a refurb, old and heavy– maybe a desk top replacement but not a portable. Made mistake of using disc that came with, mistake. Paid 65 dollars to reset computer. Never told to avoid disc, still unclear as to why included. Have to go back for internet connectivity and speaker issues. Stay tuned. Warranty could be better. Better off getting a new laptop not a refurb. Spoke to a repair shop and found out the computer was at least 10 YEARS OLD. To quote the repair guy «SHAME ON THEM FOR SELLING SUCH A COMPUTER». Of course no refunds offered when dealing with this outfit. SHAME INDEED !
