We had a wonderful experience today at this publix. We were greeted 4 times in the store. Very friendly staff. When we checked out the bagger walked our cart out and unloaded it for us even though I said no it’s okay. She insisted and wanted to help. Maybe she saw the struggle? I was shopping with a toddler and 3 month old. So it was nice to get a hand! Thanks a million. The store was clean and had everything I was looking for. The deli department was very nice and served us fast. A+++++ experience!

I love Publix. However, I don’t love this Publix. The parking lot is horrible. On my visit, I went to the deli to pick up a sub for my mom. The preparer was slow because he was chatting with coworkers. I had a few other items to pick up once I got the sub and I found the aisles difficult to navigate. This is a popular Publix, and the aisles get cramped fast. The checkout was the icing on the cake — two high schoolers were working and had no customer service skills. The cashier didn’t greet me, the bagger didn’t offer to bring my bags to the car, and they kept their personal conversations going while assisting customers. I’m grateful there’s another Publix not far from this one.

Always friendly service at publix. They rearranged their store it’s still taking me time to adjust what aisle to go to anymore. I like that they added a organic area.

This is not my favorite Publix in the area (I prefer the location at Southside and Touchton) but is closest to my work (and halfway between work and home) so I find myself there on a pretty regular basis. The setup of this store is different than most (my understanding is that Publix is working on getting all of the stores setup the exact same so this may not be true for too much longer) which always throws me for a loop. This store also feels a lot smaller than others (which may be in part to the setup, not sure if it’s actually smaller).
The staff is friendly (I mean, it’s Publix) and the store is clean but it just feels sort of outdated compared to a lot of other locations. The deli area seems to always be super crowded and chaotic feeling. Not my favorite Publix but it’s still better than a lot of other grocery stores.

This Publix is older and it definitely shows. I had to try out three different carts to find one that didn’t sound/​feel like it wasn’t going to fall apart. Lighting is dim, which makes it look less clean and inviting than other Publix. Staff was still very pleasant and helpful.

What’s not to love about the Publix supermarket! This one is under construction at the entrance which is why I deducted a star. The grocery selection is great. I love their brands, their yogurt is my favorite. It is always on sale and it tastes great… real fruit and very smooth like a parfait. The ice cream is delish as well. My sister from NC always stocks up on their ice cream before going home. They have insulated freezer bags and dry ice. The meats and seafood are always fresh and great for grilling at home. The deli items and bakery are unbeatable. I love their deli sandwiches. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I could go on, but I will leave it at this… great store!

What can I possibly say about publix that most people don’t know, this store was clean, well stocked and the staff that I did interact with were all very friendly. I came in to buy a birthday cake and as usual it was frozen but their selection of colors for predecorated cakes were terrible. I also had to wait quite a while for someone to tend to those of us waiting by the bakery counter. Not sure if it’s always like this but it was around 8pm when I got there. The deli counter was not any better. I stood by the counter as people behind it looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. I then decided that the old chicken tenders would not be worth waiting for. Not sure if this was an isolated incident but I might not come back to this particular location so late in the evening. On the plus side, even though this location was super packed with customers even at 8pm, check out was quick.

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. They have a great program where they accept competitors coupons, so you can really take advantage of their sales by using these in conjunction with the BOGO offers for the week. Publix always has great customer service and it is always clean. This location right now is undergoing some construction so it is a bit harder to navigate to the door from the parking lot as only one entry is open.

Publix is a great store to shop at, especially this one. All of the employees are really friendly and helpful. The store is always clean too. They have good BOGO deals. One reason I love Publix so much is because of their coupon policy. They accept competitor coupons and they allow coupon stacking, so you can really save a lot if you use coupons.
Great store for sure.

Why was this the only one that did not have my order ready on time?
