I love publix! Every time I go here they always make it a wonderful shopping exspirence.

Publix is definitely my top place to go to get groceries. They’re cleaner, and I’ve never gotten moldy fruits and veggies from there… unlike other unmentionable grocery stores. I cook a lot of ethnic foods and generally find what I need in their spice or ethnic lanes. The only complaint I have is sometimes their produce is just too overpriced and it makes me want to shop at Costco or local Farmers Market for that. Otherwise, always a great place!

You can never go wrong, when shopping at Publix. Very welcoming and warming. Parking is always simple & easy to find a spot. Now their prices might be just a little bit higher on certain items, but they have the whole BOGO thing going for them so that is a plus.
One thing about any Publix is that you are gonna get great customer service and this place guarantees it and backs it up. As long as they keep that up, I will always be a loyal customer.

The pharmacy is GREAT at the Dames Point Publix! They know my name. I give them 10 stars. Not so much for the rest of the store. I wish they would carry more varieties of organic beef. Some of the associates are not trained very well. I purchased an item and used my debit card. The item wasn’t correct so I returned it. Instead of putting it back on my card as a debit, it was done as a refund. I had to wait two days to get my money back. If you have a debit or credit card refund at Target the money is put right back on your card. No waiting for your money. I would watch your back at the Dames Point Publix. Most of the time there is a police officer there, but I don’t go there at night if I can help it. The Publix at the Town Center is much nicer. If I’m around there I will drop in and do my shopping.

Decent store with a serious understaffing problem, waited almost ½ hour in line to check out.

The greatest! Where shopping is a pleasure.

I can say I’ve never had a negative experience here. I have a cashier that I always go to when he is there, and I never have a complaint.
This store is wonderful. When football season started they had their Pepsi products arranged in the Jaguars logo! IF that’s not home team love, I don’t know what is!
I love it here because they offer an array of organic products and their gluten-​free selections are not to be matched unless you go to Whole Foods (which is too far for me). I have asked employees to help me with locating a product and their customer service top notch.
I looked for a specific type of sugar and they didn’t have it at all. I spoke to a manager and he put in the request for me. They were unable to bring the product in store, due to the nature of the product and it might not be a product many will look for, but the attempt was more than enough for me to know I am getting the best quality of service here.
Their bakery is my favorite part of the store. Their breads all freshly baked and crispy on the outside make me swoon whenever I’m in the store. Their cakes are always delicious and I never buy my cakes anywhere else. They also offer a variety of beautiful cakes that compete with regular bakeries out there.
Frankly, I will never betray Publix again by going anywhere else. I may pay a couple of cents more but it is worth it for the pleasant experience I receive each time I’m in the store.

This store is well lit, maintained, and modern in appearance. I’ve never encountered a sticky floor or a grumpy employee. They offer a lot of organic, vegetarian and vegan foods– though the prices on fresh produce are still a little high on the organic side. There is a pharmacy, and a clearance rack (and sometimes buggy or two) in that area. I’ve gotten some pretty sweet deals on hygiene products, chewing gum, and cookware over there!
Almost every week I get a $ 5 off a $ 30 purchase post card in the mail, every week their ad comes in a plastic sleeve at the end of my driveway. Nice way to gain and keep customers, for sure– reaching out to them instead of making them have a special card to get deals from you. They accept returns and exchanges easily, I really appreciate the customer service department.
I’ve shopped here and Winn Dixie, they seem to come out about even price wise (before the awesome Publix coupon) because each is more expensive on some items, and less expensive on others. I prefer the Publix because the store is much nicer, though I am tempted by the potential gas rewards at Dixie!
There is also an attached liquor store, but I’ve yet to visit it.

The best grocery store to shop at, that is if you want a pleasant experience. There also is «help» around every corner if you need anything! I retired from Publix.
