Took in a cracked screen on a Sunday (Samsung S4). They replaced the glass. By the next day, the phone would not respond to touch.
When I returned it, he took full responsibility, did not blame me for doing something wrong, and went above and beyond to get the part to completely replace my corrupted device. Works as good as new!
