Why use a treadmill when this outdoor path runs along the water with daunting options for access on and off? Looks like quite a few people lunch jog here and even at night when temps are cooler. My firm belief is this is an underutilized resource in Jacksonville.

For a long time, it was just the man statue running all by his lonesome. But when I came here in February, I found his new lady friend. Yes, exercise is much more fun with a friend, even if you are a statue. Lol.
It’s hard to resist taking a picture doing the same pose with these statues. Haha.
If you want to run with the River Runner statues, they’re running their marathon forever in front of the Hyatt Hotel downtown.
