If you’re looking for authentic «Apple» accessories and don’t have time to drive to an Apple Store then you’ve be very happy to know Staples sell them. I must admit the inventory is not quite to the level of the official Apple Stores but if you need a charger, conductivity cables, backup drives, international adapters etc look no further and at this location I found the service to be exceptional I needed a new wall charger for my iPhone and iPad and didn’t want to purchase a aftermarket or any of the other cheap clone accessories. I was in and out of here in less than 10 minutes they also carry a full line of «otter box» phone cases from the iPhone 4 to the newest iPhone 6 plus.
Something you may not know — Apple iPhone and iPad chargers are 12 watts and engineered specifically for Apple Products. (Aftermarket Chargers are typically 5 watts to 10 watts)

P = V x I that is power = voltage x current, all electronic are rated at 5 V so for a 12W /​5V = 2.4 Amp compared to a 5W, 5W/​5V = 1Amp, the more current you have the faster it will charge. time will decrease by half per amp 12W will take about 30min to 45 min and 5W about 1h to 2h
The variable being the device and its ability to accept the ampere available.

Terrible custom service in printing department. One employee working so hard while attempting to help 9 – 10 customers. That employee is seen calling for assistance twice and the manager’s phone can be heard ringing, she then calls on their walkie-​talking and no one answers their plea for help. Other employees just walk on by the crowd without helping.
When I left my place in line to find the Manager who was in his office and was curt and seemingly unconcerned about the crowd of customers customers standing in line awaiting for service in printing. Only after I continued to point out the total lack of customer service did he reluctantly go over to help. Service girl was trying so hard to do the right thing, but had no managerial respect or support. Best to avoid this Staples if your time is worth anything to you.

I had to go in there again yesterday… omg could it hurt the staff to smile and greet you politely?
