Brian Enoch of Summit Construction refused to fix items that should have been corrected from the onset of construction. A door in a bedroom that was taken off the hinge and replaced incorrectly so that the door would not shut all the way (that’s basic carpentry). He sent a carpenter out to see the problem then decided it wasn’t in his scope to fix. I was aggressive and assertive in my demands as a consumer. He then threatened to sue me if I didn’t take the review down. Who’s vindictive? I have a right to my opinion, and threatening legal action only shows a level of deception and lack of transparency that this company will go to to hide their incompetence.
