T-Mobile

The service here is beyond expectations. The costs are low. The management here even tossed in an upgraded phone for a lower price when the advertised phone was sold out. I wonder how I’ve lived most of my life without a cell phone.

Jonathan and this group of guys are awesome! My son and I went in to see about getting his IPhone fixed, but much like most of Apples products it was totally worthless. Hung out and cut up with all of them for about an hour or so and since Jonathan used to be an avid skateboarder my son was more inclined to listen to ideas for the perfect phone for him. He now has the new HTC which is much larger than the IPhone he had, but the sound quality is amazing. Seriously, we be jammin’! Also a good protective cover so if he bites it skateboarding the phone will be just fine. He went skateboarding and came back grinning from ear to ear. This is the reason why I have and will forever be a T-​Mo customer. In 12 years of their service I had ONE BAD EXPERIENCE on the phone. They messed up my bill charging me 300+ and the first guy I talked to was an asshat. I called back the next day, got someone else, he researched it and found I was correct and he appreciated the fact that I paid it before it was resolved. He informed me that unfortunately he couldn’t do a return on the overpayment but I ended up with no phone bill for three months, so there! It would take something very dramatic for me to leave. And if I ever did I would resort to smoke signals because the service at most others suck. And that’s coming from people who deal with them. AT&T being the worst. T-​Mo has worked with me on numerous occasions and I’m seriously thankful for this group of young men. My son is really shy with new people even at 20 years old but he was cutting up with them to. Faith in humanity restored. Boozinga!

I am comparing this T-​Mobile store with all the rest in Jacksonville I’ve been into and this store gets 5 stars!
All the employees here are amazing: friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. The manager and assistant manager couldn’t be better. And they are willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you need.
The employees in this store are the reason we decided to stay with T-​Mobile and resign a new contract rather than switch to AT&T so we could have our iPhones back.
