I came in to drop of a package for shipping and was kind of turned off to how «drab» the whole store felt. They have a one station «business center» (where someone can get online) and it was out of order.
If you need a piece of tape to seal a package, they charge for it. I guess its fair, but I have never had to pay for tape when dropping off a package before.
The guy behind the counter had zero personality. And stopped helping me in mid stream to help someone else out.
Not a great first impression.
