The people at the UPS store have always been so helpful and courteous no matter who has been behind the counter. They are quick and able to use their time wisely so being second in line, youre not standing around waiting for the first guys fax to go through before being helped. Also ive lost tracking numbers more than once, in fact I’ve lost one tracking number three times! They are always very kind about looking it up for you and even made me feel less like an idiot the third time I called for it.
I always use this location because I feel like excellent customer service is not easy to find and they deserve and have earned my business.
