Very skilled Stylists! The shop is clean, modern and very chic. My stylist was very talented and patient! I will be coming back here monthly for touch-​ups. No complaints. Easy online booking and great staff.

Place is very clean and the girls there are super nice and friendly I didn’t have an appointment but was still able to be seen and my hair turned out amazing !! Will be going back!

This is the only salon I’ve been to in Jax & I Loved my hair. The hairdresser & staff were courteous and the salon was very clean. Prices were pretty reasonable & there were no hidden charges which I loved. The only drawback was their selection of hair was limited as they were waiting for a shipment. There were however three stores very nearby that offered a bigger selection of hair which was what I opted for. Very pleasant experience& I’d recommend to friends & family.

Please don’t waste your time… First I tried to make an appointment for ¹¹⁄₁₄. Was told Fridays are walk-​in only. OK. My daughter came in around 2:30. I got of work at 4:00 picked up my hair around the corner. Proceed to the shop while in route to shop turning on 103. Was told at I cannot get my hair done. OK. My daughter told me her price was $ 78.00 I get here her total is $ 102.00. That is not how you do business… To each is own. I would. Not recommended to anyone. Plus the Young Lady that took the money for the sale. Her hair was looking horrible. There was other Customers that experience the (got all the way to the shop and got turned around. There is no such thing as a $ 50.00 dollars seeing They add extra for braiding styles. The only thing was. My daughter hair look to be OK. I will Post the results… The Good reviews I would nit trust.

Very professional clean salon. They don’t hold you hostage all day either. Not matter the service, you’ll be taken care of in an efficient manner.
The only place in the city you can get a sew-​in for $ 50 and looks great!

My stylist was great, she was honest and very accommodating. However I dislike the way that the owner came into the shop and did not speak to the patrons, there was only 3 – 4 of us left in the shop this particular evening getting our hair done, I know this is not owed to the customers but it is a great way for the owner to show that you are not merely just a patron paying her bills but a way to say thank you for choosing to come to my shop and giving my business a chance! She was pregnant at the time maybe that’s why she ignored everyone and just talked to her mother/​receptionist the entire time lol! Anyway as I stated before my stylist was great, the stylist that did my daughter’s her hair was kind of rude though. I wanted to say sista you need to a personality booster or customer service injection as well as the owner lol! Pro: Service is good depending on the stylist you get (if it’s your first time it will be which ever stylist that is available)
Con: lacks warm customer service oriented staff. Nickel and dime you for every minute thing. Reception is watches over stylist like a hawk (literally) to make sure they can nickel and dime you to a hefty fee at the end of your service.

I never let someone else do my hair and I think this will be the first place I actually try in Jax. my friend went here and got her hair done and it was cute. They have a full price list so there are no hidden charges. There are no appoinments on the weekend. First come first serve which I think is perfect because your not sitting around waiting for a client. Soon as they open they get straight to the point you telll them what you want and it like a whole operation. They get you done and out in less than 2 hours. you have the 50 sew in the 98 or the 129.95 one. You will always need 2 packs of weave and they have a price list for any extra you may have
