Worst service ever! I visited a few times before making my final review. The store itself is okay, well organized with lots of selections. At checkout the cashier needed the help of an ass. manager or someone higher. The person who was the «lead» or manager was so rude. It’s as if asking for her assistance was a bother. On several occasions I’ve dealt with rude employees who make it seem like helping is not a part of their essential duties. I will never shop here again.

Worst. Babies r us. Ever. I walked aimlessly around this store for over 15 minutes looking for someone to help me and not one person on the floor. I went up to the register and the man working there told me that the stroller fan I’m looking for is on the end cap… I told him no it wasn’t and he then ignored me. I went back to check just in case I had missed it and it wasn’t anywhere to be seen. Aside from this horrible customer service, the store is old and dumpy. I’ll never give this store my business or try to give them my business ever again.

I don’t even want to give them a star at all. First the store is old and trashy! The workers I never see any of them expect if they are a ringing up at front which would be one worker. They only have one person ringing up front so the line takes forever! Not only that but half the workers do not understand anything like coupons. The store is always under stock! You would think since it’s the only baby store in the area they would stock to demand but no they are out of stock all the time and you can’t get a worker to check if it’s in the back room.

The most organized Toys R Us/​Babies R Us I have ever been in. I love this location! They have a «Mommy room» for diaper changing and feeding purposes which is super helpful. Seriously, every store should have a mommy room. We went a few days before Christmas and it was pretty crowded, but not overly so. Plenty of staff meandering around to help you if you need it.

I like the wooden toy selection. We got a wagon here that has lasted us several years for hauling kids and diaper bags around. It’s a fun place to take the kids, so they can play with stuff and try things out. I think its a bit understaffed, but that hasn’t affected my shopping experience thus far. The restrooms are usually very clean.

It’s very small and I could never find someone to help me. I had to go stand in line at the checkout area to get some help after circling the store. I guess if I had to I would try it out again, considering there isn’t much of a choice out here.

Lorton, VA
The store is much nicer (in look and layout) since they revamped it. There are separate entrances for Babies R Us and Toys R Us, though you can obviously get to both once you’re inside. They have a LOT more baby stuff then they used to, and it now looks more like a standalone BRU than it used to. Everything is nicely organized and easy to find. The employees I ran across were helpful and checkout was easy and efficient.
