U-Haul Moving & Storage at Atlantic Blvd

I rented my unit over a year ago. I moved out last week. Management is nice, but I did have some spiders and something leak in my unit from the unit next door which ruined a gym and its contents.

I found the management at this location to be very nice and helpful. We have used the storage unit here as well as u Haul trucks. This facility is very clean and very well maintained. Antonio and Josephine are very thorough at checking trucks in and out as well as helping you find the right storage unit for your needs. I had originally chosen this location because it was closest to where we were living. We however have been extremely happy with the service and with the management here as well as with the facility and the trucks that we were provided. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family as well as anyone who is interested.

After 8 years of having a unit here and being a few days late 3 times in 8 years I am appauled at how I am being treated here. I have fallen on hard economic times after an illness and a job loss. I am 2 weeks late on my payment here and have been called 5 times in less than 1 week. Each time I beg and plead for a couple weeks extension but obviously it fell on deaf ears. They threaten a new late charge every week spiraling to cost out of control for me. If I was a bad customer or was always late I could understand it but I have been loyal for 8 years. It means nothing to them. They will throw everything I own out of the unit at the end of the month with out looking back .Or pehaps sell it and make some money off of the things I worked so hard to buy. I never want to work with another corporation again on any level they are heartless… I have never had a company flat out refuse to work with you like this place its shamfeul in this economy. I am really disgusted by the entire week with them. Get a private owned unit and support local business. They wont let you down if you get into a jamb.
