The service and staff are the outstanding feature of this store. They are not only very knowledgeable about the phones and service plans, but they will take the time to show you how to use the various features. George is friendly and knows his products inside out, and explains things clearly. Going here is so much better than going to a store downtown where you have to take a number, wait, and then deal with burned out staff who want to move on to the next customer asap.

This store appears to be a Verizon, but is only a third party licensee. This means that you do not have the same rights as with the actual Verizon for returns and customer service.
I recently bought what I thought was a new phone here only to have major problems with the GPS and the sound quality. When I tried to return it, they told me it wasn’t possible because I had mailed the rebate. On my 3rd return to the store, I was reluctantly given another phone that was supposedly new. I didn’t realize that I had been lied to and given a used phone (not even a Verizon certified refurbished phone) until I left and realized that the guy had combined my contacts with 300 of someone else’s contacts. And there had been a phone call placed (that was still in the call log) three weeks earlier on this «new» phone. This is a huge privacy concern! Long story, but you’ve been forewarned if you chose to purchase anything from here!!!

Avoid this store if at all possible! At least during the evening hours!
The store only has display phones that don’t work-​so it’s not helpful if you’re shopping for a new phone. They also don’t carry most of the phones they display!
I went around 6 P.M. on a Thursday and the man who was working there needs to be fired. He was arguing with the woman in line ahead of me and being incredibly rude to her. She ended up storming out of the store. He then made inappropriate comments to me about how annoying she was. He was unable to help me (he couldn’t even find my account, and kept telling me I must not be a customer!). I became frustrated and stormed out too. I will never return!
