I own a wine-bar and must wash about 500 glasses a night. When my dishwasher broke down on a Wednesday night I called Acme. After waiting, talking to three different persons I was told they could not help before Friday at 11am. Well, what can I do besides washing by hand on Thursday? Friday at noon I call to make sure they are on the way. First they can’t even find my appointment then«No, we are backed up. Can’t come before Monday». Would they have call me to let me know? Don’t think so. Of course it was then impossible to find a technician before the weekend? Totally unprofessional.
