This company sucks. They provided a character with torn clothing and its face and hair was dirty. When I called to complain they basically said oh well, too bad. Do not use!!!

THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER!
I came here for a kids party & the owner was so rude and nasty to the mother that was throwing the party. He started yelling at the top of his voice and making very inappropriate remarks. I cannot stress the fact that he was extremely unprofessional in dealing with his customer. The space is ok, but because of the owners disgusting attitude I am completely turned off by this place.
I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you’re looking into hosting an event. I’d give this place no stars if I could!
