Big J’s Laundromat

Love this spot! the guys who work there very nice. i would go early in the morning to go and knock out some laundry and yeah as the other person reviewed the machines are a bit old but still do the trick. they have A LOT of machines to go around other than the smaller Laundromats around the neighborhood. they have Marvel VS capcom Crusin USA and some stuffed animal grabbing games. and coin dozer type game with Quarters. They usually have a Movie Channel on so you can watch whatever they have. (they have about 5 TVs along the walls). the dryers are good as well some of the buttons might not work. let the owner know he will fix it or get you your money and try another…
you can also drop your laundry of as well and the prices are not too expensive and you can get it same day if you go in really early or pick it up the next day,

The machines here are unreliable. A couple of times when I was pushing my laundry cart down the aisle the cart lightly bumped against the handle of a nearby machine and the door popped open mid-​cycle, spilling all the contents and soapy water on the floor. It was a mess and it took a while for some of the employees to mop everything up. I don’t know why the machines are so poorly designed that a washing machine door would pop open at the slightest touch.
They do have multiple TV screens where they show a variety of movies. Caught one of the Lord of the Rings films here once, which was nice. A couple of vending machines and three video arcade games round out the amenities here. There are a lot of washers and dryers here, so usually enough to accommodate everyone.
Word of advice to women – one of the staff members here is a creepy, dirty old man who will stare at you and follow you around. If he’s an owner, he doesn’t have the first clue about treating customers with respect. I’m tired of being sexually harassed, but this location is closest to my apartment. For any of you more assertive ladies – if he hits on you, please tell him off for the rest of us!
