Buddha’s Barbershop

Very unprofessional i went there on a NON-​busy Saturday night because i know they are usually are hella busy. I first looked in their window and there was absolutely no customers sitting in the waiting area.
When i went in noone acknowledged me for a good minute as I’m looking up their prices i see one mean looking stud aka lesbian female sweeping the floor wearing headphones, and the other were cutting hair.
One guy did however ask me if I needed help i said yes and that i wanted designs in my hair, he told me a higher price than what most barbers charged i thought that was bullshit in other words he put his tip in there by 10 dollars! Smh i said wow ok but no thanks. He than changed it to a different price.(something told me he likes to bargain with customers which is desperation)
Anyway, when he finally was done with his customer, I’m thinking i was next, but all he did was sat down on the barber chair and started texting i told that was very how can i put this uhh alittle impolite. How it looks can be a bit lazy, I mean I’ve watched barbers all my childhood and noticed how some act and can be on breaks but they excuse themselves. Plus he never told me he had an intermission. I waited for about 12 minutes and left, i was in a hurry i had a zipcar rental and they time you based off of minutes and hours! So i zip my way to BP Cuts who were busy too but i was right after the customer in the chair! thanks BP Cuts very dope guys from MTV.

If I ever buy a barbershop, one of the first things I’m going to purchase is the paper number ticket roller and an led showing what number is next. Seriously, it would cut out all the confusion associated with waiting for a cut. Unfortunately, most barbershops don’t consider this a priority.
I walked in for the first time on a Saturday and the place was packed. No way to keep track of who’s next. Even had random dudes walking in and skipping the line. I waited about an hour and I left. From what I saw while I waited the haircuts looked great and the place was clean. Still won’t go back unless I’m in the neighborhood and its empty.

Great spot to get cut up. Curtis is my barber… always keeps me looking fly. I happen to work down the street so it’s perfect. The place is very clean and the guys sweep up after each customer. Keep it up guys!

Not a review of the haircut, it’s awful that their hours are listed as they open at 8. It’s 8:30 and no one is here yet

Two months ago, I went to this barber just to try a new hairstyle. I’ve tried a good amount of barbers from around town. A man named Rob cut my hair and he did an amazing job with a lot of hard work. Best haircut I’ve gotten. I would definitely recommend!

This barber shop has full service for man & woman, it’s nice and clean place for family !
