Attitudes lack of management.
I say lack of as how are you going to be a manager or supervisor and have this hood rats yes I called them that.
Disrespect customers in ear shit of others.
I heard the hood rat at the drive thru cursing at a customer and I was at the indoor counter.
I kindly asked for a manager or supervisor and asked for my money back. They asked what was wrong.
I said I cannot trust the kitchen adhering to proper hygiene and health codes with Ms Potty mouth on drive thru.
I did send a twit to checkers/​rally. The promised me a follow up.
I doubt if anything will occur as of the attitude of owners supervisor and other management team
If in the Rosedale area visit that location instead
I know someone will say it’s not far to call them hood rats and they may be correct but I am calling it how I saw it.

I feel bad for anyone who’s first experience with checkers is this location. Probably the worst one in NY besides the one in east nym the one in Rosedale is much better. For a city location at least

The drive thru service reps needs much training. The young ladies all have a ghetto mentality. on October 16 about 11:10 p.m. I stopped to get wings. she took my order. But the problem occurs when I went to the window to pay, She opens the window and sticks out her hand, She says nothing. She closes the window and turns her back to me and carry on a loud conversation. Orders take too long to fix especially that time of night. When the food is ready, she opens the window and hands me the food. I asked her if she could talk. I told her to at least say thank you for your order. She slammed the window and walked away. I left and felt so violated and disrespected, The service was horrible. I turned around and brought the food back because I don’t shop where I am disrespected. I demanded my money. the guy wanted to know what was wrong with the order. I told him there’s nothing wrong with the order. Something is wrong with her attitude was my response. He questioned her to find out what happened. Her response was, «I didn’t say nothing to that man!» By her admission, that was my problem. You should at least speak to the customer. You should never take someone’s money without some interaction. That’s common courtesy. I live in Suffolk County and shop at checkers on main street in Patchogue. they are beyond courteous and will always get my business. however, the rochdale store will not get my business.

I never enjoy my meal with i buy here. I don’t know if because it’s in the getto that food isn’t thay great. Smh

First time going to checkers. Been wondering what all the hype is about with their burgers and seasoned fries. That roadhouse burger was cheesy and dope, I never had anything like it before, other than Wendy’s triple classic. It came close in regards to taste.
The location on the other hand is like a mixture of two worlds. Fast service, clean tables but in the hood if you know what I mean. Then again it is near Rochdale village. Otherwise I had a good experience, don’t see why people were complaining, but if you really like good quality food you can get past the «ratchetness» and just eat.

This places must be cursed. Before a Checkers was Built here it was a Club (Ambiance Café) that always had fights, Shootings, and a Bad Vibe always around it. I remember on Friday night when I was driving home and I took a route home where I passed by Ambiance and I saw the Entire Street Blocked off with a lot of Police tape and Police all around the area with Cups marked on the floor. There was a Shooting there.
As soon as the Club was shut down 2 months later a Checkers was Built. Honestly left up to me I wouldn’t even eat here you may just end up getting Sick.

I didn’t know they made a checkers around Rochdale Village. I don’t drive down this area that much… But I came around the area… It’s very big inside the restaurant … much bigger then the one in Rosedale… I had the chicken sandwich meal and the staff was ok I will come back…
