I’ve used them twice and will continue to use them. The first time I used them was for a tenant clean out and demo debris. The second time was strictly large demo debris. Both times they were here within 30 minutes of the phone call, well staffed by polite individuals that swept up after themselves. They worked quickly. I have used less expensive services but for someone to show up so quickly, when they say they will, is worth an added cost.

The crew that visited was nice and professional; however, I was disappointed with the overall experience:
— the original estimate was completely wrong. I was told that I would be charged for no more than ¾ of a truck and they ended up charging for a whole truck
— I was also told that the truck was around the corner and would visit within an hour. In actuality, the truck hadn’t even left Queens and they arrived in 2.5 hours
Given how bad these types of businesses usually are (especially in NY), I expected them to charge more than they estimated and be late. That said, it is still disappointing.
The crew was good and I feel bad leaving a negative review. However, management needs a spanking.
