I remember when this spot opened up I was there daily. Back then 2pcs chicken with fries and soda for $ 3 was unbeatable. Though prices have went up I still come here sometimes for that fried chicken

They raised the pizza from a 1.00 to 1.75! It was a shocker to me after going there since it opened… Next time I order I will ask them to hold the HAIR out of my garlic knots!

Yes, please let the dirty window and greasy-smelling food fool you. The burgers are yuck and the fries are so oily they leak down your fingers. The pizza is nothing special and the chicken is horrible. But if you’re drunk and pinching pennies, and need a food spot to hit at 1AM, this will be the only place open for miles… unless you hit the 179st bodega. But at that time, in that neighborhood… stick to this place.

Don’t let the dirty, rundown exterior fool you. Inside this restaurant at this particular location is a gem waiting to be discovered. The owner doesn’t abide by standard health precautions but that doesn’t matter because how clean is the food we eat daily really anyway? My friend and I were staying at the nearby hotel and had the munchies at 1:30 am. This place was the only place open and it stays open until 3:00 am. I ordered the 2 pc chicken meal with French fries and can of soda for only $ 3.99. There was no tax so I got a penny back. I also ordered a slice of cheese pizza for $ 1.50. The flavor of the chicken was surprisingly delicious. The seasoning of the batter was perfect and the fries were crisp and crunchy just the way I like it. There is a bottle of hot sauce with no label that I can’t really identify but what does it matter? The chicken looked like it was cooked about 10 hours prior and left to dry under the heat lamp. But what does all that matter as long as the food was delicious, which it was. I ended up eating all my friend’s French fries. The owner is extremely nice – he wears the traditional Muslim white. When I ordered the pizza he had to step out to have a quick smoke so my friend asked if he can leave the $ 3.00(for two slices) on the counter. The owner said it was okay and that we can pay after we eat(remember this is a fast food restaurant; there’s no check to be picked up at the end of the meal). He trusted us! Now that’s customer service.
