One pathetic lounge I have been to. We did not have high expectations but this lounge lacks a lot to be considered a true bussiness lounge. Windows are too high, that one cannot see anything through them while sitting. Wifi connection was slow. The computers in the longe won’t work. There are some alcoholic drinks and canned juices. Also some crackers and sandwiches .all this food was in small trays. The coffee machine is the only thing we liked about the lounge. The cooling machine makes a loud noise which becomes unbearable after a while. Overall, a big disappointment, for those who are used to decent lounges.

It’s good. Not great but certainly good. They have lots of liquor on the first class side and I enjoyed champagne, I had a chicken tandoori sandwich, yogurt and fruit parfAit. The food is pre packaged but it was good. The view on first class side is very limited. I was able to use free wifi. Thought it would be more grand but either way it was nice place to wait and duty free was all around.

The Air France lounge was getting renovated so the Japanese let us freeload off their facilities while we waited for our flights. It is a good effort with what felt like limited resources in what is one of the shi*tiest airports for a large metropolis like my city… and we felt like if it was in a better airport that is newer then JAL would have thrown down and pimped this place out some more. Anybody who may have travelled through the JAL lounge in Narita will remember the level of amenities on offer, and while it is unfair to compare versus what is serving as the flagship lounge in the homeland capital city airport, this lounge fares poorly by any measure. It is certainly smaller than the other JAL lounges we have seen and while the free booze selection is decent, the food selection is pretty poor… but then hey, first world problem…

I flew out in the morning. Decent sized lounge with minimal décor. There are packaged snacks and drinks, free wi-fi, and tons of signs to make sure you don’t contaminate the snacks and discard your trash properly. I’m pretty sure there was alcohol, but I minimize alcohol intake when flying, so can’t remember. If you’re flying through NRT, make sure you check out the lounge there and the Kirin machine! If you’re flying in business, save your appetite for the flight!

Pretty weak lounge in my opinion. I had some cheese & crackers and an apple juice. I expect a bit more from a lounge in the terminal, especially from an Asian carrier. Oh well.
