KFC

I work at JFK and often buy food in this area because they’re open late night when I get off work. I’ve been to this KFC many times mostly just for the famous bowl and wedges. They’re supposed to close at 1:30. I got there at 1:15, all the lights were on and the sign even said «DRIVE THRU OPEN»… I saw a worker inside but when I pulled up to the drive thru, no one greeted me or said anything on the speaker. Waited 2 – 3 minutes and then all the lights went out. It wasn’t even 1:30 yet!
Also, a few times I’ve been there before 1am and they took my order but when I went to pay, they said they ran out of wedges and asked to replace it with mac and cheese or mash. I only wanted KFC that day because I wanted wedges too, otherwise I would go to Wendys!

I’ve been to this KFC location a lot and basing from several visits this place has dirty tables and floors. Just disgusting. Sure it looks like this place is new, but the staff also needs to keep the floors and tables looking clean. What a shame. Also the kitchen staff are sooo loud that it’s ruining my dining experience. I don’t need to know about your personal life. Keep it professional. The food however is up to par to other KFCs.
Rant: Today (2÷20÷2012), I ordered the double filet box the lady said it would take 5 minutes to make another chicken filet. I’m fine with that. On my receipt I ordered at 3:15. Well, I waited for a good 15 mins and still… nothing. So I went to the counter (at 3:36) and asked about it. They forgot about my order!!! WTF IS THAT!!! That’s just not acceptable. They had a lot of filets ready and stuff and they haven’t made my order. All they have to do is put those in a box and give it to me!!! How hard is that?!! Sure you may be busy filling up orders for the drive thru customers but please don’t forget about your hungry dine-​in customers!!! Another thing, my cashier did not even greet me and looked at me impatiently when I was still deciding on what to order. Lady, there are NO other customers waiting in line so why are you making me hurry!
Will I go back here again? Yes, only because there aren’t a lot of dining options around where I live. And this hungry college girl needs her fried chicken fix now and then.

I been to a lot of fast food place in my time, but this place had the best service and food. They are fast with there food and sending people off with a smile. i would have given them a 5 star but the bathroom was crazy. It looked like a 3^rd world county.

They cleaned the place up really well. Much better biscuits and food overall.

Wow!!! The longest queue I’ve ever seen anywhere for a KFC!!! Then I found out that there was a special promotion for free chicken, which had been advertised on Oprah. The penny drops!
Unfortunately, the restaurant couldn’t cope with the demand for the new grilled chicken. So, we paying customers were sent to the front of the queue for our regular KFC chicken. Good queue management.
Not sure what happened to the long line of people waiting for their free chicken though.
