I’ve been a patient here since I was 13. I’m 26 now and the same people that treated me then, are still here now. In fact, my son’s pediatrician once treated me when I was still a Peds patient. The doctors can sometimes be rushed and won’t spend much time with you but I’ve never found the quality of care to be lacking. The security guards at the entrance are always agreeable and welcoming. I’ve used the dental side — not a fan. I’ve tried to Women’s Health portion on the first floor — not a fan. The scheduling for that area is just abysmal. But Family Medicine and Pediatrics is alright. I do wish Pediatrics catered more to the children in the waiting area. I’m still in love with my son’s first pediatrician back in Virginia and since then nowhere in NYC compares to those people. Bottomline: Good place to go. They can and will try to fit you if you need a same day appointment. Forms are now electronic so no more paper forms and you are given access to your medical information online.

Very helpful folks. I was surprised they took walk-ins. Everyone was friendly and resourceful. My only complaint: I was prescribed antibiotics and I’m on birth control. I’d heard the effectiveness of birth control decreases with antibiotics, so I asked the doctor if it was okay. She said it was perfectly fine. I asked the pharmacy for a second opinion, and was told to absolutely use a backup method while on antibiotics. Moral of the story, always get another opinion when prescribed medication or treatment.
