There is another one on the other end of Terminal 1, near gates 7−10− go there. It is livelier, meaning fresher food. The people working at the one o the sad end of terminal 1 act lethargic, so this is not very motivating to purchase from here anything other than a beverage. A beverage in a bottle, however, is unlikely to be cold. When given the choice and time, go to the other end. The snacks are better there, and there are triple the number of options. It smells better there, too. Price is still airport outrageous, but if you’re gonna pay, hopefully, you can at least eat what you bought rather than tossing out into the trash.

I wanted a tea. it was 5 minutes before their closing. They were very patient, and quite nice. At the end of the night I only paid for a medium, but the young man gave me a large. and when I explained it was too hot to drink, he got me a few ice cubes to put inside. I was happy with the price and the service.

I went to the cashier and asked how much the water was, and she told me a 1.5 liter bottle of water was $ 7.00. When I told the lady I was going to switch it for the smaller(just as expensive) bottle of water she stared at me with her hand out and told me she already«scanned» it, which is ridiculous since anyone can clearly see they manually punch in all their sales. This would have been avoided had they labeled prices on all their items, but the nerve! I should have just slammed the water on the counter and walked away but damn, my momma raised me well. Yea I’m talking to you middle aged woman with the nose stud. You rude.

I haven’t written a review in a while and this isn’t really the place that I want to be writing a review about for my comeback to Unilocal. This place is decent, but its overpriced and operates poorly. We were hungry for breakfast before our plane, so we stopped here since this was the only place opened at 5:30 in the morning. The menu is quite typical of a café, tons of sandwiches, hot breakfast, drinks, a small market, lunch(soups, salads, etc.) and bakery items. Prices were lower than I expected but they were still high. The restaurant operates horribly. There is no organization, nobody managing the cash register, workers just piling food on top of each other waiting to check out(for example, we got the wrong coffee because nothing was labeled.) There is no line so anybody could order. They have a huge selection of pre-made sandwiches which they just heat up, can’t even make them fresh. When we finally got our food, we actually enjoyed our meal. Their apple turnover was really delicious. Their eggs and bacon on a croissant was quite good, hot and yummy. Everything in their bakery is good, so stick to that when in the area.

Very disappointed. This place charged .92 for soy milk. Very few dairy-free or healthy options. Employees are rude and lifeless. JFK — you can do better.

This place is mediocre and this terminal should really work on getting better food in place. They have all these expensive shops, but decide to have a bad panini vendor on site. That by the way got a B from the food sanitation department. There is no rocket science to making a panini, however, the 10 workers that are working together all in one shift make it difficult. Perhaps, if the employees stopped flirting with the customers, the paninis would be great.

Overpriced airport shop, you know what to expect… I ordered a chocolate croissant warmed, and it was like semi warm and cold in the middle. Not exactly what I was hoping for. It was early in the morning with not many options open though. Will probably try something else next time.

As we were waiting for my in-laws to land, we came across this little stand. My wife was able to get a bite to eat and some decaf coffee. I was going to have a beer, but I didn’t want my in-laws to smell my breath and think that I’m at the airport drinking because they were coming back. So I just had a soda and a muffin. Nice little place, pretty clean.

Finally a good quality sandwich eatery restaurant that hold solid substance of definitive underwriting unlike Subway Sandwich! This Panini Express sits on the lower level near Arrivals at Terminal One’s John F. Kennedy International Airport(JFK). Limited selection of teas are available. Service is somewhat efficient where fresh salads, muffins and other pastries are enticing tasty. The premier Italian coffee, Lavazza is served here. N.B. Patrons note since this Panini is located in a airport, bear in mind of the 19% markup price Panini outside of an airport.
