Both my my best friends have been coming here our whole life but I never came here I’ve had the same brow lady for 7 years. I decided to try this place out because I am in desperate need and my brow lady is not in new York.
Firstly, the location is great very easy to commute to I came off the train from work and walked right in. If I drove, parking may have been hard to find.
I waited about 20 minutes because I was recommended to only go to Kiran. I will say I am not disappointed, my eyebrows look just as great as when my lady does them. This place charges $ 5 for eyebrows and most others charge $ 3 including my place. However, it’s a fair price.
Thus salon offers many other amenities such as waxing, hair cuts, massage and henna tattoos. In addition there is also an Indian wear section with some cute options for a very decent price.
I’m not sure that I would switch to this salon as of yet but it’s definitely my back up. I have no complaints.

I have been coming to Kiran for almost 6 years! I don’t let any one else touch my eyebrows. She understands the importance of brows to a female and tries her best to always give you that perfect shape. I’ve always gotten the best compliments on my eyebrows. She’s never done it too skinny or cut me in any way. She takes her time with everyone which I love.
She also offers body waxing and facials but I’ve never done any of that. I recommend the threading because it lasts longer and helps you keep your shape.
Her prices are fair, $ 5 for eyebrows. I think she takes cards but I’ve never tried.
Shes very clean and just moved into a bigger space next door to her old location. I know she’s offering hair services now.
Try her out! Right by the entrance of the 179 Street F train.

My eyebrows look great everytime Kiran does them. It’s very inexpensive and everyone is very kind. Kiran takes her time no matter how busy it is and always listens to how I prefer the shape of my eyebrows. Once I forgot my wallet in my car and she trusted me to go ahead and get the money (which I did) without hesitation or asking me to leave my ID or something. Much appreciated!

I was in desperate need of finding someone to thread my eyebrows closer to home since I moved to Jamaica. I went to a shop two blocks down and was very unhappy. After reading reviews, I tried going to Kiran and was sooooo happy with how my eyebrows turned out ! Thank you my fellow Unilocalers for helping me find her!
