Lou and Wess are old school guys and give it to you straight… The place is always busy and its because they’re honest… Which is unusual for a «stealership» just schedule an appointment, you’re subaru will thank you…

Bayside, NY
Called them on a Saturday morning to get an appointment for an oil change and waited for ½ hour just for someone to talk to! A woman with a West Indian voice picked up first and just sounds like she could careless. She put me on another hold for another 15 minutes. Finally I just gave up! They said they will not work on any cars without appointment but no one is taking any appointments.
