Bad. really bad service. I went to this store to ask for help, being a T-Mobile costumer. All I wanted is to transfer de data from my Micro– Sim card to my new Nano Sim Card. They ask me for 20 dollars. Just for the transfer. The dominican or puerto rican woman that talk to us, was extremely rude, and even she was making sarcastic comments about the subject. She is not suppose to work if she is not willing to help people with politeness.

I bought 2 iPhone 6 from this location. Some of the employees are very nice and helpful. However, some are a bit rude. They seem to be more concerned about commission than customer satisfaction. A person should not work in sales or customer service if they are not good at working with people. Jayson and Jennifer are great there! The rest of the employees should reconsider being a T-Mobile representative.

I rather come to this location, Everytime I step into tmoible I always have to wait on these super long lines. This is the 1st time I walk in and im done in a few minutes. I’m big on customer service and the staff here is very friendly & always smiling
