I came here for my first tattoo. Both of their shops are beautifully designed and always have a movie playing so even if i had to wait awhile I wouldn’t be bored out of my mind. The artist was great because he didn’t have a heavy hand, finished up pretty quickly and still gave me a clean tattoo. On top of that they really work with you in regards to price so you don’t walk out of there broke. There are so many tattoo shops on the ave and I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone but sons of ink.

Sons surprisingly is a kick back comfortable and clean shop for Jamaica. I received great work I’m definitely happy with my tattoo. I can def say the shop is nice and the work is great. Def check it out.

Hands down the best tattoo shop on the Ave! I felt like I was in the city it has a lofty feel. I been to a few shops on the ave bust most of the are half shops and dirty. I must admit a was hesitant to enter the shop but I’m soooooo happy I did! The shop is big clean and entertaining. I love my flower tattoo and will def go back. I will def recommend to try this shop you will def become a customer. Thanks sons

Well first off this is Jamaica Ave so you get what you pay for… If this review was based solely on Trigga’s ability to transform my idea for a tattoo into a magnificent piece of concrete artwork, this place would’ve gotten 6 stars but its not. I recently got a tattoo done here and I’m lucky enough to say that it came out OK, no infection and it healed up fine however, I don’t feel as if I’ll be returning because of little things that bothered me while I’m was being worked on such as; people and the artist smoking in the shop or should I say back of store place we were at, using cheap 99 cent store baby vaseline, the artist answering his phone while tattooing me and having a conversation wait for it — -with no headset just holding the phone more than once at that and lastly being pushed into getting a service done from them like all they’re interested in is just taking your money.
