They discontinue things I like, and run out of stuff. Like onions. How do you run out of onions if you’re a sub shop? Someone run to the grocery quick! Subways in general aren’t so good — quality of food-wise. I don’t like the bread at any of them. But whatever you do, don’t run out of onions.

Just left this place without buying anything. I placed an order for 2 kids meals($ 4.75 each) and a $ 6 daily deal meal. By my calculation, that is $ 9.50 plus $ 6, which is $ 15.50, plus tax… So why was the person behind the counter adamant that my total was $ 23 and change… He said ‘there is tax’. Since when is there $ 8 tax on less than $ 16 worth of stuff… We went back and forth, with my taking out a calculator to show him what the total should be to no avail. I gave him my uneaten items and went somewhere else where the tax rate isn’t 50 percent…

No customers there and 2 staff members. Girl helped us and guy went in back and never helped even though it was 4 of us. By the time she got to the last sandwich the first was cold. Another customer comes and she has to go in back to convince him to come out. Later 2 more people came and he stood there texting and didn’t help at all. She took care of them and did cleaning. Useless employee.

this place makes up their own hours and it’s incredibly inconvenient for people trying to eat there. The window clearly states that it opens at 9am. I’ve gone 3 times now after 9am — 2 times nothing was set up, no bread made, ovens off. 1 time lights out and door locked– no one in sight. You’re better off going 5 – 10 mins away to the one off Applegarth in Monroe. That one is cleaner too. This subway frequently runs out of bread. How does SUBway run out of bread? Terrible management.

Poor service, every time I try to go they are out of something, half the time they are out of bread. They also close earlier than their hours state and wave to you if you try to get in.

Just your standard«Subway» joint. As to be expected, they are skimpy with meats/cheeses. I don’t understand how an entire«salad» can be made from two tiny slices of turkey and two tiny slices of ham, but it seems to be pretty much standard for the chain. During lunch hours, the place gets absolutely slammed, so be prepared to wait on a long line.

The staff is the worst! I really can’t stand when I go to a restaurant where the employees are all hiding in the back, or when they’re up front on their phones, either talking or texting. I don’t mind when they –do– serve, but I find it ridiculous to see an employee sitting in the lobby with a bunch of teenagers when that persons coworker is hard at work with a line of customers. And another thing, the store posted hours are never enforced. Coming to the restaurant 20 to 25 minutes before close to find the doors locked is just stupid. Who the heck does that? 7 – 11 has better service, and Wawa has much better sandwiches!
