Just bought a pressure washer two days ago. I took it home and out of the box and noticed it had a thin plastic coupling for the garden hose. The last pressure washer I bought here was not this flimsy and easy to break so I took it back apart and put it back in the box and taped it up to return, unused. They told me they would not accept it and I could not return it, even though it says on the receipt they have a 30 day return policy. I asked them, why they do not back up what they sell. He said they just don’t. What a crooked hardware store I would not recommend buying anything from these dishonest people. They follow you everywhere in the store like you are going to rob them and the owners can hardly speak any English. I would not do business with these people for a pack of gum. They will rip you off!!! Companies like this do not belong in America. I am considering taking them to small claims court.
