If I can grade this company zero stars, I would. I found this company online after searching for a less expensive Xerox Printer. I purchased a refurbished model that was supposed to be up to manufacturer’s standards. Unfortunately, the amount I «saved» cost me more in hassles, lost production time and sheer frustration than anything else. The first issue was shipping. Website promised 48 hours to process order, and 1 – 3 actual shipping days. Placed an order on 9/29, didn’t receive a confirmation of order until I emailed them 6 days later for status. Order ships 10⁄7. I chalked it up to a minor delay on their end. However, within 3 weeks of purchase the printer was outputing complete fuzz.(I have saved pages and taken photos of print output.) Not only was I now wasting time trying to figure out why my printer was printing absolute illegible gibberish, I was wasting paper, envelopes and ink trying to get a clean print. Emailed company on 10⁄19 with photos taken of fuzzy prints, and received no response. Then called on 10⁄20 and was notified that someone from tech would call me back that afternoon. Didn’t receive a return call. It wasn’t until I sent an email on 10⁄24 to threaten to file a complaint with consumer affairs that I finally received some sort of response. In the end, I had to endure this damaged printer for another two weeks before I received a replacement for the refurbished model I originally purchased. The replacement printer arrived 11⁄10. Unfortunately, the frustration doesn’t end there. There are now issues with my replacement printer. On 11/14, in the midst of programing to clean the printheads, the printer shuts off, and doesn’t not turn back on. I now have an error code that does not go away, rendering this printer completely useless unless I have it serviced. I called the company, and of course, no one is available to answer my questions as to why I have a second completely useless printer on my hands. Had I known that I’d have such trouble, I would’ve just spent the extra several hundred dollars on a brand new printer rather than dealing with this company. Reported them to Better Business Bureau, and they have not replied to their multiple requests for responses either. Bottom line, DONOTBUYFROMTHEM.

Sold me a «supposedly» refurbished HP4050TN that had the fuser break in the first 100 days… would not honor under warranty, sold me another supposedly new fuser for their cost, that fuser broke within 90 days, come to find out it was just pulled from another unit … STAYAWAY… these guys sell crap… CAVEATEMPTOR!
